Born in Fukuoka City in 1971, Norio Nishihara has made masks and head coverings the main focus of his work since 1995. He has created head coverings, masks and similar stage objects for avariety of television programs, special events and other purposes, and after spending 2003 intensively studying the reality of world, Nishihara declared his independence and moved out into his own.This website was created to support the activities of Norio Nishihara, one of the few props costume artists, and to allow people to gain an understanding his worldview. Working outside existing frameworks, he has striven to be active in a variety of fields. |
